Can you offer advice on how to choose a color?
Lighting, architecture, and decor are three environmental factors to consider when choosing a paint color. An ideal paint color is one that considers all three elements and provides balance and unity to the space. Our experts will help you choose the ideal color for your house or commercial property.
What if I don’t like the color selected, can I change it?
Yes, but there would be an additional cost. It is ultimately the homeowner’s responsibility for any color choices, and there is an additional cost for a color change. The additional cost is determined by how much of the job is completed, along with the cost of the additional paint.
How long will the job take?
This generally depends on the amount of preparation necessary prior to painting. You will need to call EcoSavvy Coatings to discuss the scope of work. However, we do guarantee the job will get done within 10 days or less.
How quickly can an estimator get to my home?
The waiting time for an estimate is generally within one week. There are times during the year (April, May, and June) that we get many calls and the wait time can reach two weeks.
What is the benefit of working with you?
Customer Service. Our success has been based on delivering high quality painting services with exceptional customer service to both residential and commercial clients (See “Our Client List”). We stand behind our work and will work with you to make sure you are happy with the experience and the finished product.
How much will this painting job disrupt my home?
Disruption is kept to a minimum. At the end of each day our crews will clean the areas we are working in and move tools and paint to a shop area (garage or basement).
Can you fix water damage or holes in my walls and if so, how long will it take?
We will fill old holes, fix water damage, and any other repairs will be completed as part of our preparation. The time it takes to repair is in proportion to the amount of damage.
Can I trust your employees?
Yes. Our professional custom painters are full-time employees – not subcontractors - which mean each employee is reference checked and a criminal background check is performed.
Are you insured?
Yes. For your protection, we offer up to $15 million General Liability.
Are you licensed?
Yes we are. Our California contractors license is 939848.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 3-year limited warranty.
Can you provide references?
Yes, we can! We can give you a recent customer to call or have you look at our report cards.
Do you protect the homeowner's property when painting?
Absolutely! Our painters cover all areas with plastic, drop cloths, masking paper and tape.
How can I be assured you have completed the proper preparation?
We provide extensive exterior house painting preparation work. We want our customers to see the completed exterior house painting preparation work before any paint is applied. We can also provide references from our highly satisfied clients.
Do you give advice for house painting color selection?
Yes, we will provide expert advice on what house painting colors to choose and allow customers to make the final decision. Customers also have the option to test sample house painting colors on their walls (custom colors will require payment).
Do you take a deposit?
Yes we will, due to the following factors:
A. Custom formulation of our EcoSavvy paint
B. We refrain from mass production to ensure the highest quality product at the time of installation, unlike other companies such as Sherwin Williams and Behr.
Do you provide touch up paint after painting is finished?
Yes, when a customer chooses one or more of our standard colors, we will provide customers a gallon of each color. If our customer elects to use a custom color, we will leave them with whatever is left over.
Still have a question? We’d love to hear from you. Feel free to contact us and one of our experienced staff members will provide you with an answer that truly reflects the EcoSavvy guarantee of total satisfaction.
